Bob is a 3rd generation baker who, in keeping with the family tradition, opened his first retail bakery 41 years ago. His strategic approach and passion for helping people have set the framework for the company’s culture and overall success.

Kristen Boschetto

General Manager & Owner

Also known as “Boss”, Kristen grew up in her father’s business and is now the connoisseur of the food and beverage industry. When she isn’t obsessing over the food industry, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and young daughter.

Tony Boschetto

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO and proud 3rd-generation member of our family bakery, Tony blends tradition with financial expertise to drive our growth. When he’s not charting strategy, he’s hiking, boating, golfing or simply enjoying time with his wife and four kids.

Jodi Boschetto

Chief Administrative Officer

Jodi keeps operations running smoothly by overseeing all procurement and production planning for Boston Baking. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two baby girls.

Carla De Pina

Director of Operations

Carla has grown and developed at Boston Baking and is now the go-to person for all things operations related. When she is not in the facility making sure everything is running efficiently, Carla enjoys her time with her two sons.

John Fisher

R&D Pastry Chef

Most days you can find John whipping up one of his delectable treats in his test kitchen. When he’s not bringing a customer’s new product to life, John’s busy improving our production processes.

Director of Food Safety & Quality

Virginia’s years of experience in operational management have helped systematize Boston Baking. When Virginia is not typing up bullet points, she loves spending time with her two kids and husband.

Director of Marketing

Elizabeth’s desire for perfection and innate vision have enabled her to convey the company’s message in the food industry. Outside of work, she enjoys thrill-seeking adventures, which include jumping out of airplanes!

Human Resources Administrator

Mary keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, managing payables, receivables, and more. A true outdoors enthusiast, she thrives on skiing and hiking. When she’s not on the slopes or trails, she cherishes quality time with her family.

Production Manager

Passionate about leadership, she focuses on streamlining processes, upholding quality, and driving efficient operations. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, making memories that matter most.

As Assistant Quality & Food Safety Manager at Boston Baking, Barrie upholds top product standards. Off the clock, she enjoys time with her husband, diverse family (furry, feathered, scaled & human), trail riding, and gardening.

As Buyer at Boston Baking, Charles keeps our sourcing running smoothly with precision and care. Beyond work, he finds joy in singing and preaching the Gospel, playing the flute, and lending his voice to his church choir with heart and harmony.

David began his journey in the baking industry over 30 years ago and was mentored by his grandfather, an expert machinist for 11 years. Here, David continues to nurture his skills making sure Boston Baking always remains running at peak efficiency.
