The Pastry Make-Up Line Worker is responsible for completing the process steps to prepare the products to be baked (depositing, cutting/forming, racking, pressing, conveying to oven, unmolding) according to all internal operating procedures, sanitation standard operating procedures, company policies, SQF and regulatory requirements for food safety as monitored by Production Manager/Supervisor. All positions must strive to support Boston Baking core values, mission and vision.
