The Pastry Mixer is responsible for scaling, mixing, and processing ingredients while documenting batching records for each individual product according to specification and all internal standard operating procedures. The Pastry Mixer must adhere to Boston Baking allergen program, sanitation standard operating procedures, company policies, SQF and regulatory requirements for food safety as monitored by Production Manager/Supervisor. All positions must strive to support Boston Baking core values, mission and vision.
