Food Safety Administrator
The focus of this position and its duties include the physical inspection of the bakery facility and its operations, as well as maintaining documentation to support the company’s quality and food safety programs. This position requires coordinating with other departments in the business in preparations for audits and inspections including SQF, RSPO, OSHA, FDA, and customer audits. The Food Safety Administrator will provide food safety training to plant team members and monitor their practices for compliance. This position also serves as a backup for the Shipper/Receiver in their absence, which involves loading and unloading trucks.
